Highland Hills has participated with the local Habitat chapter in its home building program for a number of years. Our participation has historically been to provide the material and labor for painting these houses.
When special needs arise for recovery efforts the congregation has responded generously to those needs. Past efforts have included Indonesia Tsunami relief, Orphans home construction in Panama, and 9-11 relief to the Church in Manhattan.
In collaboration with other church functions (VBS, Friends Day, etc.) church members regularly participate in neighborhood canvassing efforts to bring neighbors to our services.
