Al has served as a shepherd for the Highland Hills church since March of 2011. He and his wife, Gail, have two children, Josh and Jarrod. Al is a retired Colonel in the US Military.
Dan has served as a a shepherd at Highland Hills since September of 2014. He and his wife, Carolyn, have one son, Chuck. Dan is a retired middle school teacher and boy's varsity basketball coach.
Lance has served a shepherd at Highland Hills since November of 2015. He, and his wife Carrie, have four sons, Chance, Spencer, Trace, and Leo. Lance is the Director of the USAF Hypersonic Systems Combined Test Force and a Colonel in the USAF Reserves.
